Paneer Podimas
An easy side dish with paneer
Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer
- 10 nos Small onions Kunjulli
- 3 nos Green chillies
- Ginger A small piece
- 6 - Garlic pods
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Salt As reqd
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Oil to fry
Instructions
- Grate the paneer.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- Add the grated paneer, pepper powder and cumin powder.
- Cook for 3 - 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot.
