Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds when it become golden brown then add onions saute for 2 minutes
  2. Add green chilli,ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves saute for a minute.
  3. Add washed basmati rice to this and saute for a minute.
  4. Add mint leaves to this and saute for a minute.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and fry paneer pieces.
  6. Add this paneer pieces to rice.Add 2 cup water and Salt and cook for 5 minutes in a vessel until rice is fully cooked and water is completly got over.
  7. Now paneer pulav is ready.
