Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer snack, first heat oil in a pan and saute paneer, onion, ginger and carrot.
  2. Add in the mashed potato and mix well.
  3. Then add green peas, green chilly, red chilly powder, tumeric powder, pepper and required salt.
  4. Make cutlets with the paneer mixture using the palm of your hands.
  5. In another bowl, mix together maida with some water to make a watery paste.
  6. Dip each cutlet in the maida paste and roll it in bread crumbs.
  7. Take a deep frying pan and add oil. Once the oil becomes hot, fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown in color.
  8. Paneer snack, a yummy as well as nutritious tea-time snack for kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
