  • Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
  • Ginger(chopped) - 2 tsp
  • garlic(chopped) - 3 cloves
  • cilantro(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Pepper - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer stir fry, mix together onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in a chopping tray and chop it again for fresh flavour.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onion mixture and paneer cubes. Fry well till brown in color.
  3. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chilly powder, cilantro, pepper and salt in a bowl.
  4. Add this to kadai and fry well till coated.
  5. Paneer stir fry is ready.
