  • Paneer(cut into big cubes) - 250 gm
  • Capsicum(cut into fine rings) - 1 no
  • Tomato(cut into long strips) - 1 no
  • Onions(cut into fine rings) - 2 nos
  • Garlic pods - 3-4 nos
  • Ginger - 1" piece
  • Whole red chilly(Kollamulaku) - 2- 3 nos
  • Black salt(Kala Namak) - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder(roasted) - 1/4 tsp
  • Yellow Color - 2 drops
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Cut paneer into cubes.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic and dry chillies into a paste.
  3. Add curd, jeera, garam masala, cummin powder, lemon juice, 2 tbsp of oil, yellow color, salt, and kala namak(black salt) to paste.
  4. Apply half of the paste on paneer and marinate for at least for 2 hours.
  5. Transfer the paneer pieces on a greased tray and keep in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
  6. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or kadai and add capsicum and onions. Cook till onions turn pink.
  7. Add tomato strips without pulp followed by the leftover paste. Mix well for half a minute.
  8. Add few drops of lemon juice.
  9. :- Serve Paneer Tikka surrounded by onion, capsicum and tomatoes.

Very nice reciepe ,came out well,but the paneer was not as soft as wht i got from the restaurant so can u suggest something for that, like wht the oven temperature should be or any other tips.Thanks for the receipe
