  • This is for Shavarma -
  • Paneer - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Cumin seed - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili - 2
  • Coriander leaves(little) -
  • Salt as taste -
For Hummus:
  • Sprouted gram - 1 cup
  • garlic and red chili - 2
  • Curd - 2 tblsp
  • Mint(little) -
  • salt as per taste for hummus. -

Instructions
  1. Now grind shavarma ingredients except paneer
  2. Mix with paneer, deep fry it. and keep aside
  3. Now boil Sprouted green gram. add garlic, red chili, curd, mint and grind well
  4. Transfer it to bowl and keep aside
  5. Now Beat curd well with sugar and pepper corns for topping
  6. Now arrange with Chapathi spread Hummus(Sprouted green gram) add fried paneer , chopped capsicum, onions, topping curd( add with sugar)
  7. wrap it. Now Paneer Veg Shavarma wrap is ready to serve
