Pani Puri Masala

by rubyshamu
Pani Puri Masala is a delicious dish, a variant from the usual water pani puri. Masala gravy is used as filling in this dish. Pani Puri Masala is a great snack for kids when they arrive from school. Keeping new comers and bachelors in mind, Pani Puri Masala is well narrated in meaningful simple sentences. Small round crispy puris are drenched in mint flavored spicy potato gravy. Preparing Pani Puri Masala at home is a healthier way of enjoying the lip smacking dish. Mashed potato mixture is blended with chat masala and other spicy ingredients. Chopped pudhina is sprinkled over the thick masala gravy. Crispy puris are arranged in a serving plate and the masala gravy is poured over them. Garnish Pani Puri Masala with finely chopped onion, carrot and other ingredients.
