Add sliced mushrooms, required salt and pepper powder. Cover the vessel with a lid and cook in low heat for some time. Increase the heat and let the water evaporate completely. Keep the cooked mushrooms aside.For preparing paneer, mix crushed paneer, maida, baking powder, green chillies, coriander leaves and required salt.Mix the paneer mix gently and keep aside for a few minutes.Take a small round of the paneer mixture and cover the round with a cooked mushroom piece.Dip each paneer mushroom in the beaten egg and roll over bread crumbs.Take a pan and pour sufficient ghee for frying.
