Panner Mushroom Crispies
Crushed paneer covered with
mushroom
and deep fried.

For preparing mushrooms:
250
g
Button mushrooms
sliced into halves
1/2
cup
Onion
finely chopped
2
nos
Green chillies
chopped
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
1
tbsp
Butter
Salt
As reqd
For preparing paneer:
250
g
Paneer
crushed
3
tbsp
All purpose flour
Maida
1/2
tsp
Baking powder
2
nos
Green chillies
finely chopped
1
tbsp
Coriander leaves
chopped
Salt
As reqd
1

Egg
beaten
Ghee
For frying
Bread crumbs
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing mushrooms, first saute onions and
green chillies
in butter.
Add sliced mushrooms, required
salt
and
pepper powder
. Cover the vessel with a lid and cook in low heat for some time.
Increase the heat and let the
water
evaporate completely. Keep the cooked mushrooms aside.
For preparing paneer, mix crushed paneer, maida,
baking powder
,
green chillies
, coriander leaves and required
salt
.
Mix the paneer mix gently and keep aside for a few minutes.
Take a small round of the paneer mixture and cover the round with a cooked
mushroom
piece.
Dip each paneer
mushroom
in the beaten
egg
and roll over
bread crumbs
.
Take a pan and pour sufficient
ghee
for frying.
Heat the
ghee
and deep fry the paneer
mushroom
crispies until golden in color.
