papad paneer is unique flavour with garlic and coated with curshed papad and deep fried . papad is used instead of bread crumbs likewise we can use corn flakes , rusk powder and sooji etc..

Instructions
  1. Grated paneer and chop garlic and take all ingredients ready
  2. In bowl mix all except papad
  3. Make cylindrical shape and keep aside
  4. AMke tick batter of 1 tblsp madia with little water dip in that
  5. Roll with crushed with papad and make ready to fry
  6. Deep fry with some oil . cook both side
  7. Now its ready to serve with ketchup Papad paneer
