Instructions
  1. Smash/Grind the Pappaya pieces well (without adding water)
  2. Cut the Lemon and take out the juice and keep it aside (the lemon juice should be prepared just before a minute or so otherwise it will taste bitter)
  3. Heat the frying pan/Cheenachatty and put the smashed/grinded Pappaya paste and stir it well.
  4. After about five minutes add Sugar into this paste and stir it further
  5. Then add Lemon juice also and stir the mix continuously
  6. When the mix is cooked well and colour turns into brown and water is evaporated fully, put off the stove and allow to cool the mix.
  7. Pappaya Jam is ready and it can be used with Bread/Chappathi/Poori
