Papaya Lassi Lassi made with papaya 1 cup Papaya (ripe, diced, mashed well)1 cup Yoghurt (plain)2 cups Chilled water2 tbsp Lime juice1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp PepperMint leaves (A few sprigs, Pudhina)Ice cubes Beat or blend yoghurt.Add water and beat or blend again. Add mashed papaya with all the seasonings. Beat or blend again. Pour in individual glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.:- Serve chilled. :- If you want to make sweet papaya lassi, then omit salt, lime juice and pepper. Add 2 tbsp of sugar instead and flavour with rose water. North Indian
this recipie cant be 5 star.its ok..the sugar version is better than the salt one.considering the health aspect i rate this good.
I served this to couple of my friends and they liked it very much.
