1 no Ripe Papaya (big)300 gm Jaggery (Sharkkara)2 cups Coconut milk25 gm Ghee30 gm Raisins (Onakkamunthiri)30 gm Cashewnuts5 nos Cardamom (Elakka)Coconut chips (A few, Thenga khothu) Melt the jaggery and keep aside.Cut the papaya into small pieces and cook it in a thick bottomed pan with little water.When papaya is fully cooked, mash it with a spoon. Add the ghee and fry. Add the melted jaggery and cardamom.:- Make sure that there is no crumbs and lumps.When it is nicely cooked, add the third extract of the milk and cook to boil.Add the second extract followed by the frist extract.
