  • Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh curd(without getting sour) - 1/4 cup
  • Ginger(one small piece) -
  • Green chilly(with seeds removed) - 1 no
  • Curry leaves(As reqd, chopped) -
  • Coriander leaves(As reqd, chopped) -

Instructions
  1. Grind together grated coconut with green chilly and ginger.
  2. Mix the coconut mixture with grated pappaya, fresh curd, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and required salt.
  3. Keep the pappaya pachadi aside for some time and serve.
