Paratha Nu Shaak In Gujarati Style
A different combination of paratha,

& green chillies

Ingredients

Paratha : 6 nos
Onion
finely chopped : 1 no
3
nos
Green chillies
finely chopped : 2
Whole jeera : ½ tsp
3
cloves
Garlic
minced : 2
Curry leaves
: few
Ghee
: 2 tsp
Salt
: to taste
Instructions
Shred the leftover parathas roughly with your hand into pcs.
Heat
ghee
in a pan and add whole jeera.
When it has spluttered add minced
garlic
and sauté for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add
curry leaves
,
green chillies
and chopped onions and sauté till the onions turn translucent in color.
Add the paratha pieces and sauté for another 3 - 4 minutes.
