Instructions
  1. For preparing parikka(bitter gourd) mezhukkuperatti, wash and cut white bitter gourd into thin round shapes.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  3. Keep this for about 5 minutes and then pour coconut oil in a pan.
  4. Close the pan with a plate or something and keep the stove in low flame and cook for about 10 minutes.
