Bittergourd stir fry

Ingredients

White
bitter gourd
6
nos
Green chillies
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
5
tbsp
Coconut oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing parikka(
bitter gourd
) mezhukkuperatti, wash and cut white
bitter gourd
into thin round shapes.
Add
salt
and
turmeric powder
and mix well.
Keep this for about 5 minutes and then pour
coconut oil
in a pan.
Put the
bitter gourd
in
coconut oil
and add
green chillies
.
Close the pan with a plate or something and keep the stove in low flame and cook for about 10 minutes.
