Instructions
  1. For preparing parippu urundai kuzhambu, soak dal in water for 40 minutes.
  2. Grind with asafoetida and chillies.
  3. Batter should be semi solid.
  4. Mix coriander, coconut and salt.
  5. Soak tamarind and make the juice.
  6. Boil the tamarind solution in kadai.
  7. Make balls out of batter and cook in tamarind juice.
  8. When done, remove from juice and serve with rice.
  9. Parippu urundai kuzhambu is ready.
