Instructions
  1. For preparing parippu vada, soak toovar dal, urad dal and channa dal in water for 1/2 hour.
  2. Grind the soaked item with green chillies and red chillies.
  3. The batter should be in thick form.
  4. Add asafoetida, salt and curry leaves to the batter and mix it well.
  5. Roll the batter into a lemon size.
  6. Then flatten it to form a round shaped of about 3 cm diameter.
  7. Fry this in coconut oil
  8. Turn sides and cook well.
  9. Parippuvada is ready.
