Instructions
  1. Heat small amount of oil in pan.
  2. Fry the toor daal till it turns golden.
  3. Keep aside for 5 mins for cooling.
  4. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer with small amount of water into a paste.
  5. :- Serve with vathal kuzhambu & garlic rasam.
  6. :- You can use pepper instead of red chillies.
