  • Spring onion(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken(shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cheese(small cubes) - 1/2 cup

  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing pasta chicken salad, to the cooked pasta, add the chicken shreds, spring onion, coriander leaves, cheese and parsley. Toss well to combine and keep aside.
  2. Now, blend together the ingredients for dressing: mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper and required salt to a smooth creamy texture.
  3. Pour this dressing into the chicken pasta mixture and mix well.
  4. Pasta chicken salad, a yummy as well as nutritious snack, is ready.
  5. Note: 1)Since pasta has a tendency to absorb, pour over dressing just before serving.
