Instructions
  1. Break the bun with your hand into small pieces.
  2. Enter Step
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add the rye. After it crackles add the urad dal and let it turn a golden brown color.
  4. Now add the chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Add the bun pieces, butter and coriander leaves and toss for 1 - 2 minutes till the bun has heated through.
  6. The pau usal is ready to serve.
