Kara kuzhambu is traditionally made with vattrals or dried veggies like sundakkai etc. This pavakkai kara kuzhambu is the combination of both bitteness and tangyness. It goes well with rice.
Add coconut to this and fry for 5 minutes.then grind it and keep it aside.
In a kadai put some oil and add pavakka and salt and fry for 3 minutes.After that add grind mix to this And add i spoon tamarind juice also.Boil for 2 minutes.
