Instructions
  1. For preparing Pavakka Varutharacha Curry, take a pan and heat roasted grated coconut and add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  2. Roast for a few minutes and grind finely.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard. Add the onion slices and bittergourd pieces and curry leaves. Saute well.
  4. Add the coconut paste and tamarind juice. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Pavakka Varutharacha Curry is ready.
