Pavakka is one of the less loved vegetable because of its bitter taste. But you can make the kids to eat by preparing this way. It is a simple dish prepared with easily available ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Wash bitter gourd pieces and drain the water completely.
  2. Add chilly powder, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt and mix well with hand.
  3. Keep this aside for some mins.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Fry the bitter gourd pieces on a low flame, till they turn crispy & light brown in colour.
  6. :- Serve with rice.
