Instructions
  1. chop the bitter gourd
  2. chop the onion and tomato
  3. in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and broken urad dal
  4. add curry leaves and onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  5. add chopped bitter gourd and mix it and allow to cook for 5 minutes in medium flame
  6. add chopped tomato and mix well
  7. now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and tamarind water and mix well
  8. allow to cook until the bitter gourd get cooked
  9. now bitter gourd stir fry is ready. serve with rice
