Instructions
  1. Soak grated bitter gourd in salted water for 5 minutes and then drain off the water.
  2. Mix the bitter gourd, coconut, salt, green chillies, onion and salt together using your hand.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and saute ginger.
  5. Add the bitter gourd mix and saute well.
  6. Sprinkle little water. Cover with a lid and let it cook.
  7. Cook till all the water has dried up.
