Instructions
  1. Wash the leaves well and finely chop them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seed and add the chopped leaves.a.saute for
  3. Grind coconut,shallots,fennel seed,curry leaves,green chillies and garlic into1-2 minutes in low flame
  4. Add the coconut mix, turmeric powderpowder, salt and mix well.cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.Turn off the flame.
  5. Payar ela thoran is ready now.
