Instructions
  1. take nuts ,sliced shallots ,grapes and cardamom powder in a plate
  2. add coconut to it
  3. mix everything well
  4. heat a pan and add the mixture to it
  5. stir well and add sugar
  6. stir well until the sugar melts . then turn off the flame and let it cool
  7. take the all purpose flour and add salt to it
  8. pour water to make it a smooth batter
  9. pour little milk
  10. make a hole in the banana for filling.
  11. then fill the coconut mixture to it
  12. then cover banana with the batter
  13. do same with all banana.
  14. when its covered fully
  15. heat a pan with oil to deep fry
  16. then add the stuffed banana to it
  17. let it become brown every side
  18. when its brown transfer to the serving plate.
  19. its very yummy snack ,we can have it either hot or cold.
