Instructions
  1. Mix the maida with sugar, egg, salt, turmeric powder, cardamom and water as

  3. Mix it well to make a thick batter.
  4. Cut the banana in to thin long pieces and cover the bananas in it.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry it till brown color.
  6. Serve it with tea.
