  • Remove the outer skin of nendra pazham and make 2 long slits without cutting ends.
  • Heat oil in an pan and fry all the sides of banana till golden brown in colour.
  • Boil water in a pan, add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves in water. Then add coconut, cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder. Saute in medium flame until it turns golden brown in colour.
  • Now the coconut mixture is ready. Finally widen the cut and fill the coconut mixture into it.
  • Tasty Pazham Porichu Nirachathu is ready. Serve it as an evening snack.
