  • Channa dal(– 1/6 cup) -
  • Rice batter - 3 cups
  • Carrot(grated) - 1
  • Onion( chopped) - 1
  • Coconut - 3 tblsp
  • green chilli - 3
  • Coriander(– small) -
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Musatrd - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Soak peanut and channa dal for ½ hour.
  2. Coriander and peanut and chann dal coarsely
  3. Temper mustard with oil and pour into mixture.
  4. Add carrot and onions and mix it well .
  5. Heat tawa and make aadai and allow oil and turn both side.
  6. Now it’s ready to serve Peanut Aadai
