  • Roasted peanut powder - 1/4 cup

  • Green chilly(deseeded and chopped) - 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
  • Asafoetida powder(A pinch, Kayam) -
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Mix together roasted peanut powder, coconut milk, lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and salt. Toss to combine and add cabbage. Keep this aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard and cumin seeds.
  3. Add green chilly. Saute well and pour into the vegetable mixture.
  4. Peanut and cabbage salad, a healthy and easy to prepare recipe, is ready.
