  • Peanuts - 1 cup
  • Maida - 3 tblsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Cooking Soda(a pinch) -
  • Cardamom powder(a pinch) -
  • Kesari powder(a pinch) -
  • Oil(as needed) -
  • Ghee - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Soak Peanut in water for half an hour
  2. Now grind it to a paste.
  3. Mix peanut paste, ghee, maida, cooking soda, kesari powder, water as needed and knead to a dough
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the balls, fry till golden and set aside.
  5. Boil sugar with water in a pan to a syrup of single string consistency and add cardamom.
  6. Soak the jamuns in the syrup for half an hour.
  7. Now serve Peanut Jamun is ready
