Peanut Pulao is a simple, healthy, colourful and yummy rice which is very ideal for Lunch box. This is also belongs to pulao family. the taste of this pulao is extremely delicious along with raitha.

Instructions
  1. par boil the peanut by adding salt
  2. chop the onion and tomato
  3. In a cooker heat the oil and ghee and temper the fennel seed, bayleaf, cinnamon and clove
  4. add onion and saute it for 3 mins until it get golden brown
  5. add tomato and chopped green chili and mix it
  6. make a paste by adding ginger garlic, green chili and mint leaves and add to the masala and mix it
  7. add salt and peanut and mix it
  8. now add 3 cup of water for 1 1/2 cup rice and allow to boil
  9. add rice and allow one whistle
  10. Now peanut pulao is ready to serve
