  • Mustard : 1tsp -
  • Urad dal 1tsp -
  • Channa dal : 1 tsp -
  • curry leaf few red chillies 5 - 6 nos
  • Salt to taste -
  • seasame 1 Tsp -
  • Turmeric : 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. in a pan add the seasonings and red chillies
  2. to it add tamarind paste along with turmeric,salt
  3. make a powder of peanuts and seasame
  4. add the powder along with some whole peanuts
  5. simmer the flame for few mins mix required amount of this paste with rice and serve
