Heat little butter in a pan. Add onion, cashew nuts and fry for 3 minutes.
Remove from fire and make it a smooth paste.3) Add capsicum in the same pan and fry for 2 minutes. Keep it aside.
Make a paste of tomato and tomato paste and keep aside.
In the pan, heat butter, add cumin seedsgaram masala and ginger-garlic paste.6) Add the paste and fry it again.7) Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander, cumin powder fry till the masala is cooked.8) Add salt, peas, capsicum, tomato paste and cook with little water.9) When the gravy is done, add kasuri methi (rub it with hand before adding).10) Finally add the cream on top. Decorate with coriander leaves.
North Indian style peas and capsicum curry is ready . Serve hot with chappathi / naan.
