Instructions
  1. Pressure cook the green peas with salt in enough water for 1 whistle.drain the remaining water after its cooked.
  2. Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel and saute chopped ginger,onion,green chilly and curry leaves until soft.
  4. Add salt,turmeric powder and egg one by one and scramble.
  5. Then add cooked peas and mix well.cook for some more time.Finally sprinkle pepper powder.
  6. Tasty and spicy Peas Egg Fry is ready now.
