  • Knead together the maida, salt with a little water.
  • Boil the peas and mash it.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan or a kadai and add the gram flour to it. Roast the gram flour on a low flame till a fine aroma comes.
  • Add this to the boiled and mashed peas.
  • Add finely chopped coriander leaves, chilly, lemon juice, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  • Take maida in small quantity and shape it into a cup.
  • Put the peas mixture into this, close it and press so as to cover it.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai on a low flame and add 3-4 cups at a time and fry.
  • :- Serve hot with Sauce.
