Instructions
  1. Knead together the maida, salt with a little water.
  2. Boil the peas and mash it.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan or a kadai and add the gram flour to it. Roast the gram flour on a low flame till a fine aroma comes.
  4. Add this to the boiled and mashed peas.
  5. Add finely chopped coriander leaves, chilly, lemon juice, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  6. Take maida in small quantity and shape it into a cup.
  7. Put the peas mixture into this, close it and press so as to cover it.
  8. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai on a low flame and add 3-4 cups at a time and fry.
  9. :- Serve hot with Sauce.
