Ingredients

Peas : 1 cup
Curd : 2 cups
Garlic
paste : ¾ tsp
Chilli powder
: 1 pinch
Sugar
: 1 tsp
Green chillies
: ½ tsp(chopped)
Salt
: as reqd
Optional:
Cucumber
: 1 cup (cut into rounds)
Tomato
: 1 no (cut into rounds)
Oil
: 1 to 2 tsp
Instructions
Cook the peas well.2) In a large bowl, mix
garlic
paste,
chilli powder
,
green chillies
,
sugar
and
salt
. Keep aside.
Heat
oil
in pan, splutter
cumin seeds
and
mustard seeds
. Add this to the curd.
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.5) In a frying pan, add ½ tsp
oil
. Place the
tomato
in it and slightly fry both sides.
Keep this on a serving plate.7) Cut the
cucumber
into rounds and take of the seeds from the middle portion.
Serve the raita in the middle and serve.
