Peas Rasam

this is unique and flavourful rasam. its very different and makes yummy taste. peas is good for health and protein too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Boiled peas
  • 1/4 cup Toor dal boiled
  • 1/2 cup Tamarind water
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 10 chopped shallots
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Coriander seed
  • 1 Red chili
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Coconut
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Coriander and curry leaves few
  • 1/4 tsp Asafeotida
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Jaggerry small piece

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and roast coriander seed
  • Now add red chili roast well
  • Now add jeera, coconut one bye one and roast turn off
  • Now grind with garlic and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and temper mustard and saute shallots
  • Now saute tomato and cook well
  • Now mix grind powder and mix well
  • Now add boiled peas and toor dal cook well
  • Now add tamarind water and cook till raw smell goes out
  • Now add asafeotida, salt and jaggerry mix well turn off
  • Now its ready to serve peas rasam
