Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Split dry peas
  • 1 nos Onions finely chopped, medium
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 4 nos Green chilly finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt As rqrd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the green peas in water for minimum an hour.
  • Grind coarsely in a blender.
  • Mix all the ingredients except Oil and incorporate well with hands.
  • Heat oil in a medium flame.
  • Make patties with the ground mix and fry on a medium heat in oil.
  • Delicious vadas are ready to eat.
