Instructions
  1. In blender add coconut and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds and ground well
  2. In a pan add oil and temper funnel seed
  3. Now add onion and tomato and saute well
  4. Now add chopped ridge gourd and cook for 5 mins
  5. Now add curry powder and turmeric powder and salt. cook for minute
  6. Now add coconut paste and water and brings to boil and turn off
  7. Now its ready to serve Peerkangai Curry
