Pepper Chicken Masala Hot chicken masala with pepper 500 gm Boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)2 nos Tomato (cut into small pieces)3 nos Onions (thinly sliced)4 nos Green chillies (cut into pieces)2 small Ginger3 tsp Soya Sauce4 tsp Pepper powder1 no Capsicum (thinly sliced)Salt (As reqd)2 - Oil Heat up a pressure cooker.Add chicken pieces, 1 tomato cut into small pieces, ginger paste made with 1 piece, 2 tsp of pepper, salt and little water and mix well.Pressure cook upto 3 whistles.Heat oil in a frying pan.Add ginger paste and green chillies.Add capsicum and fry, till onions become slighlty brown.Add the remaining tomato pieces.Add the remaining 2 tsp of pepper powder and soya sauce and fry for about 5 - 6 mins.Add the cooked chicken mixture and cook, till the Pepper Chicken Masala dish is dry.:- Pepper Chicken Masala is ready.:- Serve Pepper Chicken Masala hot with rice.
