500 g Duck (cut into medium sized pieces)1 no Potato (cubed, small)1 tsp Turmeric powder4 tsp Pepper powder1 tsp Vinegar1 sprig Curry leaves1/4 cup OilSalt (As reqd) For preparing peppery duck recipe, first heat oil in a pressure cooker and stir in turmeric, pepper powder and required salt.When you feel a nice aroma coming, add duck pieces, vinegar and curry leaves.Mix well in low heat so that the duck pieces are well coated with pepper and salt.Now add cubed potatoes and half cup of water.Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles and remove from fire.A tasty and traditional peppery duck recipe, is ready.
