Instructions
  1. For preparing pesara vada, soak green gram in water.
  2. Lightly grind it in a blender.
  3. To this batter, add onion, ginger, green chillies, cumin, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai. Make balls out of the batter. Lightly press it in hand.
  5. Fry it in oil. Serve hot.
  6. Pesara vada is ready.
