  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup -

  • Mustard : 1 tsp -
  • broken urad dal 1 tsp -
  • Bengal gram : 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. chop the onion, green chilli, red chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves
  2. in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  3. add green chilli, red chiili, and onion and saute it
  4. add salt and rice batter and mix well
  5. allow to boil for few mins in medium flame
  6. once boiled, add curry leaves and coriander leave and mix it
  7. from a rice batter mix, make shape like pidi kozhukattai
  8. keep the kozhukattai in a steamer and boil it for 15 mins
  9. now pidi kara kozhukattai ready to serve. serve with coconut chutney and sambar
