  • For preparing pineapple biscuit pudding, cook the pineapple with 1 1/2 tsp sugar.
  • Remove pineapple from the syrup.
  • Dip the biscuits in pineapple syrup and make a layer in pudding tray.
  • Beat sugar, butter well. Add egg yolk and beat again. Add pineapple, egg white and essence. Beat well.
  • Spread the mixture above the biscuit and layer biscuits again. Repeat the process.
  • Freeze it to set. Garnish with cream and cherries.
  • Pineapple biscuit pudding is ready.
