Instructions
  1. 1)Powder the biscuts coarse,mix with sugar & melted butter.
  2. Press them on to a springform pan and Refrigerate it until set.
  3. Mix the jelly powder in 1 cup boiled water.
  4. Blend the cheese,yogurt,whipped cream & powdered sugar and beat them until it forms creamy texture.
  5. Add the pineapple jelly to the mix and blend them well.
  6. Pour it over the pre-set base and then refrigerate.
  7. Garnish with chopped pineapple cooked in sugar.
