Ingredients: 1 packet Marie biscuts; 1/4 cup Melted butter; 4 tbsp Sugar; 250 gm Cream cheese; 125 gm Yogurt; 1 packet Pineapple jelly; 1 cup Sugar (Powdered); 1/2 cup Whipping cream; 1/2 piece Pinepple (chopped); Sugar (few)

Ingredients

1 packet Marie biscuts
1/4 cup Melted butter
4 tbsp Sugar
250 gm Cream cheese
125 gm Yogurt
1 packet Pineapple jelly
1 cup Sugar Powdered
1/2 cup Whipping cream
1/2 piece Pinepple chopped
Sugar few

Instructions

1)Powder the biscuts coarse,mix with sugar & melted butter.
Press them on to a springform pan and Refrigerate it until set.
Mix the jelly powder in 1 cup boiled water.
Blend the cheese,yogurt,whipped cream & powdered sugar and beat them until it forms creamy texture.
Add the pineapple jelly to the mix and blend them well.
Pour it over the pre-set base and then refrigerate.
Garnish with chopped pineapple cooked in sugar.
