Instructions
  1. Cook pineapple pieces along with chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, sugar and salt.
  2. Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and curd.
  3. Once pineapple is cooked and becomes soft, add the coconut paste and cook for 5 - 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add red chillies and curry leaves.
  6. Pour this seasoning into the above curry.
  7. :- Serve with rice, pulao or biriyani.

1.when you add sugar first proper cooking will no take place.2.after adding the coconut -curd paste,should not cook for more than 2 minutes ,if you cook for more time curry will split separate with water content
