When the grinded pineapple turns into paste form and the colour into golden, put off the stove and allow to cool the paste (Jam) well.
Pineapple Jam is ready and it can be served with bread/Chappathi etc.
If this jam is kept in an air tight glass jar and store in refrigerator properly it can be used for about one or more months.
