Instructions
  1. For preparing pineapple jelly, soak the jelly tablets in cold water.
  2. Squeeze the oranges and lemons. Pour the juices into a saucepan, add in sugar and boil it.
  3. Remove it from the heat and add in the drained jelly tablets. Whisk them well.
  4. Puree the pineapple and sieve it.
  5. Pour in the juice and mix it well.
  6. Allow it to cool and pour it into a tin.
  7. Leave it to set in the fridge overnight.
  8. Plunge the tin in hot water before turning the jelly out.
  9. Pineapple jelly is ready.
  10. Note: 1)You can use peaches, apple, grapes, etc.
